This is one hot accessory. Super simple and effective! Installs in minutes! If you do not have an oil temp gauge, this is a great simple alternative. Replaces your dipstick and connects to the stock oil pressure sender. Now your oil light in the dash serves 2 functions! Initial startup showing you have pressure, and will come on again while you are driving if the oil gets too hot. When the light starts to flicker simply slow down for a bit until it stays off. This helps you keep the engine cool on windy days, or under a heavy load, or will alert you to a problem with your engine before your oil is cooked!
This model is for TYPE 1 ENGINES ONLY.
